Internal regulations

1. General rules

  •     Students are obliged to fulfill all tasks related to education, provided for in the        curricula and educational programs, within the established time;

        The academic discipline of the College administration ensures the qualitative        fulfillment of academic tasks, the creation of organizational and economic              conditions necessary for normal high-quality production work through methods      of persuasion, education, as well as praise for honest work and knowledge;

        Issues related to the application of the Internal Rules are resolved by the                  College administration within the limits of its rights, and in cases specified in          the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Internal Rules – in          agreement with or jointly with the Student Parliament of the College;

2. Basic rights of students

 

 

    To receive education in accordance with the state compulsory education                 standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

    To receive education on an educational grant and on the basis of a contract;

    To receive a scholarship in the established amount (for persons receiving                education on a state basis);

    To use the services of the library, information resources, educational, medical       and other departments of the college free of charge;

    To participate in all types of cultural projects, scientific and research work,             conferences, meetings, publication of their achievements, subject circles;

   To receive advice from teachers on the subjects taught, to express their opinion     on the quality and methods of teaching, to make proposals for their                           improvement;

   To elect and be elected to the student self-government body of the college;

3. The main tasks of students

   

     To fulfill the obligations established by the Law of the Republic of                           Kazakhstan “On Education”;

    To observe the College Charter, the internal regulations of the student service,      the decisions of the Pedagogical Council, the orders and orders of the head,        deputy head, regulating the educational, cultural, scientific processes, their            organization and conduct;

    Students must master theoretical knowledge and practical skills in their                chosen specialty, pass all assignments and exams – tests in accordance with      the curriculum within the established time;

    Must attend classes in accordance with state educational standards,                    complete all tasks in the curriculum on time, and eliminate academic debts;

    To behave appropriately while on campus, to refrain from actions that may            harm other students in the performance of their duties, and to adhere to                general moral and ethical standards;

 

      For showing off, breaking the law, and fighting, a student will be expelled              from the College;

       Boys must have short hair and a clean shave, while girls must have their               hair neatly tied up;

       Students are allowed to enter the College through a turnstile using a                      special card;

       In case of illness or absence from class, notify the group leader, group                   leader, or education manager. If absent without a reason, it is considered              unreasonable. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be submitted;

      During class, listen carefully to the teacher and students’ answers, do                    not talk, and do not engage in other activities. Entry and exit from the                      auditorium is only permitted with the permission of the teacher;

4. It is forbidden to do this in the college building.

       Loud talking, making noise, listening to music, using foul language, walking in       the college corridor during classes;

      Inflicting bodily harm, insulting each other, stealing other people’s property,             deliberately damaging others and the property of the college, and showing               hooliganism;

      Smoking, spitting, and throwing objects in the institution, in the area, in the             yard, at the entrance to the academic building;

      Holding political and spiritual events in violation of the regulations on public          order, using the attributes of unregistered organizations and propagating their        ideas in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     It is forbidden to enter the classrooms in outerwear;

     To remove various College tools and other items without the permission of the       College administration;

    To use alcoholic beverages, poisonous or narcotic substances;

     To disrupt the course of the lesson, to enter the classroom without the                     permission of the teacher;

    The student must maintain his academic integrity;

5. Responsibility for violation of academic discipline

 

     

 

 

     The following measures are taken for failure to fulfill or violate the educational       plan specified in the College Charter and Internal Rules, without prejudice to           the following disciplinary measures:

     1) expulsion from the college;

     Disciplinary measures are applied to students in the following cases:

     a) single or systematic failure to fulfill the duties specified in these internal             rules;

     b) for using the place of study without its purpose;

     c) for causing damage to the place of study;

     d) for students not attending classes without any reason: for missing 54                 hours – expelled from the ranks of college students;

     e) in other cases specified in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     f) in case of possession or distribution of drugs;

    The application of disciplinary measures is formalized by order of the head of        the college;
